Raghava is a highly experienced Business Partner with four decades of proven expertise in Engineering, Construction, and Real Estate industries. Since the inception of SPAR, he has been a cornerstone of the organization, playing a vital role in shaping its growth and success. With a strong foundation in strategic planning, project execution, and business development, he has consistently identified opportunities that drive expansion and diversification. His deep industry knowledge, pragmatic leadership style, and ability to align operational goals with long-term business vision have significantly strengthened SPAR’s market presence and sustained performance.

HR Professional is offering around 18+ years of rich experience as Human Resource Generalist. He has handled various positions to fulfill a broad range of HR initiations & functions in Talent management, Recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance appraisal, overseeing disciplinary action, Training and development, routine HR operations, and ISO process and Documentation.
